Once you have set a date to visit, you must book at least 5 days ahead as we need to prepare hotels, tour guides, drivers and vehicles in order to ensure your stay is well prepared.

We only need your name and phone number so we can book the hotels for you prior to schedule arrival.  If you need us to help with your visa application, then you will also need to provide us your passport.  We can also give you the link to get the visa online if you wish to book the visa on your own.

Actually all transportation is included, you will be picked up with our XO vehicle upon arrival and there will be no expense needed for transportation.  Also we will take you to exchange money at the markets which have the best exchange rates.  You can compare the rates yourself to the rates you receive at the airport so you don’t have to bring any Vietnam money.

Yes we have a list of 3-4 stars hotels for our guests to choose from.  The ones we hand pick are guaranteed safe and doesn’t require ID registration for guests after we make the booking for your convenience.
